I once was lost, but now am found. This romantic, frilly, flouncy collection makes me wanna sing Amazing Grace. Thanks, Rodarte, for restoring my love of fashion.

Peepin’ the Street Re-Styled!

I fan girl-ed a little when I saw this shot of Elenora Carisi (in case you missed it, here’s the post where I profess my girl crush for her). I love how she pairs the plush, velvet texture of this jacket with this beautiful, Valentino spring dress.

Get the look for less! Pair a cornflower blue, flora dress with a touch of velvet and an adorable pair of t-straps. As always, I like to toughen my look up a bit with a biker style jacket and studded t-strap flats.

Peepin’ the Street: Re-Styled!

One of my favorite looks from PFW can’t be found on the runway, but it’s quite a collection! These happy girls, first featured in this post, made me feel giddy as a school girl! I’ve been scouring the thrift shops for short, puff-sleeve button ups ever since. Can you blame me? They’re super sweet and youthful look embodies everything I find so enchanting about fashion.

You better take notes! There might be a pop quiz! Try to cop this look with a pleated navy skirt, an oversized tie (use a long scarf and tie it like a men’s tie. If you don’t know how, enlist your closest fella to show you!), and an adorable blouse (this is a men’s blouse, but the smallest size should fit. This also gives you a chance to whip out the sewing machine!). Don’t forget the paper boy cap!

PFW: Miu Miu

This is the collection I’ve been waiting for all month: the unveiling of Miu Miu Spring ’14. This year, they certainly did not disappoint! This collection screams swinging sixties from the psychedelic prints to the candy coated hues. The coats and the shoes are what I’m aching for. Those bright orange and red knee-high boots are ridiculously adorable.
