Last Sunday, the lovely ladies at Marmalade SF invited Jessie Marie and I in to check out their fresh, new fall looks! We had a great time browsing their racks and talking fashion with marmaladies Madeline and Kerrylynn. In addition to having some very lovely and affordable things, they have by far the best customer service on Union street. The gals there make you looking and feeling your very best their mission. They definitely succeed!
For my first look, I thought I would try something a little different: PANTS! I’ve only recently come to the realization that I have yet to share an OOTD post where I’m sporting jeans or trousers. Dresses are my comfort zone. After trying on these bad boys, I definitely want to incorporate more separates into my posts.
The embroidery on this top was stunning! The girls recommended pairing it with a pair of evergreen skinny jeans, a mustard cardigan, and these adorable booties.
While browsing and chit chatting, I found myself drawn to this beautiful LBD with a velvet, baroque pattern. Doesn’t this make a great little date outfit? The Marmaladies suggested pairing it with this fun fuchsia bobble necklace and forest green moto jacket.
I loved this jacket so much, I had to have it! Such a great outerwear piece and quite a steal for only about 60 bucks. The green goes with more than I had anticipated. I haven’t taken it off since!
Thank you Marmalade for showing JM and I a great time! And thank you Jessie Marie for coming out and taking these lovely photos! If you happen to find yourself on Union Street, please pop in and say hello to my Marmaladies! Tell them PJA sent you!
Hope you all had a spooky-fun Halloween! Mine was spent in doors playing catch up, but don’t worry! I have a jam-packed weekend planned including some post-Halloween celebrations to make up for my lack luster evening.
Can you believe it’s November already? It’s tights weather, my favorite time of the year! Finally! This year, I’m stocking up on solid colors and girly patterns to keep my gams warm.
Buy them on the cheap at retailers like Target, Forever 21, and H&M. Extra crafty points for DIY-ing your own! Take sheer tights in the color of your choosing and doodle on them with a fabric pen. So easy and fun in addition to being a great fall fashion update.
Hey, fashionistas! I’ll be attending the 9th annual Fashion on the Square runway show this Sunday! Will you? Click the link for more info!
Hope to see you there!
It’s here! My first outfit post! My awesome photographer and amazing friend, another Jessie of course, helped me stake out this gem of a location in Golden Gate Park. Such a beautiful setting on a perfect day nonetheless. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and better company for my first shoot! We were so pleased with the results!
Decided to dive in with this holiday and go all red, white and blue!

I’m looking forward to my future outfit posts! Hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy posting!
